Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 0 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation with successful payment. We will contact you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you about the dispatch or once the order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Delivery Rates and Estimates

We offer LKR 450 flat rate delivery within Sri Lanka.

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from 8.00 AM on weekdays except for holidays. We will contact you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the delivery.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Seeds & Yams, LG-35, One Galle Face Mall, Colombo 2, Sri Lanka. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 0 to 10 business days. We will contact you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you once the order is ready for pickup.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am to 9 pm on any day of the week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, please drop us an email at contact@ceylonorganichouse.com or WhatsApp us at +94117108757 to share your interest for purchase and your international location. We will get back to you with the details of how we can arrange an order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@ceylonorganichouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uncut, unopen, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
